Eghudu petrochemical complex is critical help serve a large underserved market with very limited local refining capacity. In addition to increased global energy demand the Eghudu project will make a significant financial return on investment and a positive impact to the development of the region. The project will be located in Eghudu, Ovia North-East Local Government, the initial first phase of the Eghudu Refinery is expected to be completed over a 24 to 36 month period. The refining capacity Eghudu Refinery for the first phase is planned to be 100,000 BPD. This will include the construction OSBL support facilities.

The project site is approximately between latitudes 5°44'N and 7°37’’N and longitudes 5°44E and 6'43’’E.
